I am progressing well in fighting my level of bilirubin. I finally reached 13.1 mg/dl based on my blood test report this morning.

Papa & Mama thought that they would need to leave me in hospital for another night. However, at around 2pm, Dr Chen called Mama and happily diagnosed that I will safely reach 12.0 mg/dl or lower by 6pm.

That's good. I can sleep beside Mama tonight.

Report was out today. Total bilirubin dropped from 18.0 to 15.8.

Though alone in the hospital under the phototherapy, I felt mama was with me because I smelt the same taste of breastmilk.

I want to go back home.

On Day 5, I was admitted to Miri City Medical Centre.

I reached 18 mg/dl where normally 20 mg/dl is considered serious for a newborn.

Like my brother, I was put under phototherapy.

I heard Dr Chen saying that I need to be with them for at least 2 days. If my level come down, then I can go back home with Papa & Mama.
